Assessments One integral part of our services offered at Hamilton & Harris Academic Learning Center is our assessment program. Our assessment process includes strategically administered tests given at pre-program, mid-program and post-program.
These subject based assessments cover the formal, summative and diagnostic evaluations to best determine a student’sindividual status and capabilities. Each level of evaluation is important for creating the right formula for success for each student. Most importantly, all of the results are shared with parents.
We are able to offer such comprehensive services because of our dedicated Assessment Coaches. These coaches administer the testing, determine the scheduling of the tests and communicates the assessment results. Once a student completes his/her testing and evaluation, the Assessment Coach will create an individualized Academic Improvement Plan (AIP) customized to fit the needs of the student.
The plans, AIPs, will include selecting the best tutor, identifying the level of parent participation and the student’s own level of commitment. Combined with small group and individualized instruction, flexible schedules and proven results in grade improvement, Hamilton & Harris Academic Learning Center is experienced and dedicated to assisting each and every child in achieving academic excellence.
